Frequently asked questions

How do we start?

Start by contacting the DofE Adviser for information. You can use the 'contact us' tab above to do this.

Is this the same Award as other DofE Groups/Clubs?

Yes exactly the same, with the same badges and certificates. At Gold Level you go to The Palace in the same way.

Should we not leave this to the schools/colleges?

If you do they could well leave Girlguiding for a DofE Leader's camps and activities

What is the cost?

At the moment the girls pay £22 to join at Bronze or Silver level and £29 at Gold level.
