Postage and delivery
The prices quoted do not include the cost of postage and packing. This will be added at checkout.
Our postage costs for badge orders are fixed, regardless of the size of your order.
- P&P up to 9 items £1.80
- P&P for 10 items or more £2.70
- P&P for orders over £50 signed for £3.95
Orders are posted via 2nd class mail. We aim to post orders as soon as we can, normally within a week. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery before enquiring about your order.
Please do not place an order with a request to have it delivered by a certain date if that date is within the next two weeks. We do not guarantee speedy delivery and we hate to disappoint our customers, especially if your badges are for the girls.
Pickup can also be arranged from Girlguiding Devon, Trefoil Lodge, Buddle Lane, Exeter, EX4 1JP
Click & Collect
You can opt for our FREE Click & Collect service.
Once your click and collect order has been processed, we will email you using the details provided at checkout to arrange collection. We ask that you bring a copy of your receipt/order confirmation with you when you collect. For security reasons, without this we will be unable to release purchases to you.
Any click & collect sales not picked up from the Trefoil Lodge within 1 month will be automatically refunded.
Payment Methods
Badges can now be ordered and paid for using our online system.
Our online payment process is operated by the Stripe secure system and accepts all major debit and credit cards.
Checkout is quick and easy to navigate.

Returns
We do not accept returns unless item(s) are damaged or not as described.
