Girlguiding Devon is part of the UK’s leading charity for girls and young women. We bring together girls, young women and adult volunteers from across Devon to have fun, make friends, discover new interests and develop skills for life.
With just over 5,000 girls and young women and approximately 1,350 volunteers across 17 divisions, we have a thriving guiding community stretching from Devon’s rural villages and coastal communities to its towns and cities.
Guiding for every age…
From Rainbows and Brownies to Guides and Rangers, there's something for everyone. Our wider guiding family also includes our Young Leaders (14-17), Adult Volunteers, 18-30 Inspire and 30+ Trefoil Guild, offering opportunities to stay involved, develop new skills and enjoy new experiences at every stage of life.

Girlguiding Devon welcomes girls and young women from all backgrounds, abilities and walks of life. We want every member to feel included, supported and able to make the most of everything guiding has to offer.
Our programme is varied and flexible, with lots of different activities and experiences to suit individual interests and needs. We will always do our best to make reasonable adjustments and find ways for everyone to take part, whatever their circumstances or abilities.
Adventures, opportunities and possibilities
Through weekly meetings, events and activities, we offer girls the chance to try something new, take on challenges and make memories. From camping under the stars and exploring the great outdoors to creative activities, international travel, county events and making a difference in local communities, the possibilities are endless.
More than just fun
Guiding is about building confidence, finding your voice, developing friendships and discovering what you're capable of. It's about giving girls and young women the space to be themselves, have a say and make a positive difference in the world around them.

None of this would be possible without our dedicated volunteers. Across Devon, they give their time, energy and enthusiasm to create safe, supportive and inspiring spaces where girls can flourish, while enjoying friendships, new experiences and opportunities of their own.
