We know that sending your child to camp is a big step — and we’re here to make it as smooth and reassuring as possible. This page explains what you can expect from Camp EPIC 2026, including safety, food, activities, and practical arrangements. Our goal is to give every child a safe, fun, and inspiring experience that they’ll talk about for years to come.

Additional Information for Parents and Carers

Can parents and carers visit the camp?
For safeguarding reasons, Camp EPIC 2026 is closed to visitors. Unless in the case of emergency, where we will arrange safe access to the site.

What happens if the weather is extreme?
We have contingency plans for both extreme heat and storms.

Can girls bring spending money?
Yes girls can bring spending money. Unit leaders will advise on amounts.

What do I do if my child loses something over the weekend?
If your child loses something during Camp EPIC 2026, please let their unit leader know as soon as possible. We’ll have a central lost property point on site where found items will be collected and logged. After the event, any unclaimed items will be passed to the camp team, and details of how to reclaim them will be shared with leaders.

Please make sure all belongings are clearly named (with girls name and unit) to help us return lost items quickly.
